physical and technical security measures are put in place such as use of

secured servers and firewalls and similar devices, limited access to

personal information to those duly authorized processors, and

maintenance of a secured/locked storage facility within the Philippines,

and instituting organizational-wide policies to safeguard personal data

against unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel have access to all

personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through

email and hard copy.
