FIESTA Communities, Inc. is an affiliate company of Hausland Development Corporation, a recipient of numerous awards including the 1st Kabalikat sa Pabahay 2003 Developer of the Year, 2004 DBP's Entrepreneur of the Year, 2006 CREBA Developer of the Year in the field of Low Cost Housing and Go Negosyo's Most Inspiring Pampanga Entrepreneur and 2007 Ernst and Young Philippines Realty and Construction Entrepreneur. In 2010, it received a Medal of Excellence in recognition of the success of FIESTA Communities Ologanpo, the 1st low-cost housing development in Olongapo.
