Morales distributes Handog Pabahay coupons to Municipal Workers

MABALACAT, Pamp. – The very fortunate members of the Mabalacat Government Employees Association (MAGEA) happily received Handog Pabahay Coupons which they can use to avail of a house and lot at FIESTA Communities in Barangay Tabun here, during the briefing and program orientation held over the weekend at the Garden of Petals and Petals in Mabiga this town.

Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales, together with the MAGEA President Rodrigo de Leon and Councilor Jerry Basilio, graced the event and led the turnover of coupons to some 361 member-beneficiaries.

During his speech, Morales expressed gratitude for the generosity the Santos Hocorma Ventura Foundation, which has donated the two-hectare property, which value has been distributed to the members.

He also commended multi-awarded developer Wilfredo Tan of FIESTA Communities for his efforts in making the dream homes of the members a reality.

With their future homes very near their workplace, surely the members will have more savings, which they would need during this time of worldwide economic crisis.

Before the night ended, the beneficiaries were also given the opportunity to be the first to reserve their future house and lots at FIESTA Communities here, choosing between row-house models with 50 sq. m. lot areas and duplex units located at 64sq.m. lots, all for as low as P2,398.20 monthly, financed through the Pag-IBIG Fund.
