Kabayan turn over keys to 1st batch of homeowners

Housing czar and chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council Vice President Noli “Kabayan” de Castro recently led the turn over of keys to the first batch of homeowners during the grand inauguration of the Fiesta Communities in Barangay Tabun.

De Castro, together with Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Jaime Fabiana, Fiesta Communities President/CEO Wilfredo Tan and Mabalacat Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales turned over the keys of the brand new houses to 20 families.

FIESTA Communities Mabalacat is located in the rapidly developing part of Northern Luzon which is only a ride away from various business and leisure establishments and home of Diosdado Macapagal International Airport. It is complete with functional amenities like entrance gate, Bayanihan Hall, parks and playground, basketball court, church, private school, and commercial units. This 21.47 hectare project will soon be a future home to some 2,000 families. Reservation is still on going for those who are interested to buy for as low as P 2,398 a month.
