Fiesta Communities Tarlac gave a warm welcoming event to the 20 new homeowners of Fiesta Communities Tarlac who attended the house turnover and orientation at the Bayanihan Hall of Fiesta Communities Tarlac.

 The said event was attended by the ng FIESTA Communities Tarlac Project Officer Ms. Fatima Morales at Project Head Ms. Jorulyn Santos. the new homeowners were delightfully welcomed and further introduced them to the rules and regulations of the whole subdivision. Along with the orientation, the new homeowners were handed their turnover kits symbolizing them as official homeowners at FIESTA Communities Tarlac

 VP Binay inaugurates low-cost housing project in Tarlac

 Vice President and Housing and Urban Development (HUDCC) chairman Jejomar Binay recently led the inauguration of FIESTA Communities project site at Matatalaib, Tarlac City, a low cost socialize housing project intended to house 1,080 families from the working sector of Tarlac City.

 The HUDCC Chairman lauded the efforts of FIESTA Communities Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer and President Wilfredo M. Tan in developing more and more socialized and low-cost housing projects in Central Luzon. Binay said that Pag-IBIG Fund will double its target from 75,000 to 150,000 units and shift to producing more socialized housing projects to prioritize the local government employees, teachers and the men in uniform. There is also a great probability that the existing 6% low interest rate offered down to 3%. He also mentioned that there will be a review of existing housing loan guidelines to ensure the systematic and efficient process of housing loans.

 Binay was assisted by Congresswoman Susan Yap-Sulit, Tarlac Governor Victor Yap and FIESTA Communities Inc. Chief Executive Officer and President Wilfredo M. Tan during the unveiling of the subdivision marker which signifies the fulfillment of FIESTA Communities’ vision of delivering a total community that thrives on the spirit of cultivating family values, of social security through investment and affordable shelter of our working class, the advocacy for environment protection, and promotion of innovation through new technology.

 The inaugural program included the ceremonial turnover of keys to the first batch of homeowners also led by the housing czar. The event was also graced by FIESTA Communities official endorser, the TV personality Mr. Jimmy Santos.
