FCI Launched H.E.A.R.T.S Program

With the tagline True Service from the bottom of our hearts, FIESTA Communities Inc., launches its intensive customer care program dubbed as H.E.A.R.T.S.

More than just being the leader in low-cost and socialized housing in the region, FIESTA Communities vowed to be the hub of quality and efficient customer service.

The title of the program constitutes of the words Hospitable, Efficient, Available, Reliable, Timely, Smile. With the new program, customers will feel a friendlier atmosphere and reception from the Customer Representative Coordinators.

Well-Organized and productive transaction will be a proof that the services offered are more efficient. As part of the program, a queue card system is being implemented in the Marketing, Billing, and Collections divisions to ensure an ordered transaction and to minimize the waiting time of the customers.

The program is also endowed with a series of seminars and trainings for the Marketing, Loans, Documentation, Billing & Collections divisions in personality  development and customer service management.

According to Mr. Gian Garcia, Customer Relations Officer, with H.E.A.R.T.S., the customers will really feel an improved customer service program, that FIESTA Communities wants its customers to feel a more convenient and an easier mode of home acquisition.

"The program is equipped with dedicated, well-trained, and highly accommodating Customer Relations Coordinators that will be the catalyst in fulfilling our customer's dream of having a house of their own" added Garcia.

H.E.A.R.T.S was launched on May 6, 2013 at Hausland Development Corporation Corporate Center.
